'....Urban
Blues, using electric amplification, emerged in the northern cities of the United
States (chiefly Chicago) as exemplified by Howlin' Wolf (Chester Burnett), Muddy
Waters (McKinley Morganfield) and John Lee Hooker'.
Paul's
ReeveTele was custom made by Jez Reeve of Luton. It features a reshaped,
book-matched maple top (recycled from a Gibson Les Paul Standard), Iroko back
(recycled from science lab benching), rock maple neck and fingerboard, Seymour
Duncan mini Humbuckers, gold Schaller machine heads and a custom made gold bridge/tailpece
assembly, the design of which is based on the classic 6 roller Fender telecaster
unit.
The guitar was set up for Paul by the luthier himself.
